Where We Are

Il Mondo che Vorrei is located at 3 Caio Cornelio Nepote Street, in the residential neighborhood of Marco Simone of Guidonia-RM. The neighborhood borders the municipality of Rome and is only 15 km from the center of the capital. It is nestled in a quiet green area where one can enjoy the bucolic landscape and relaxation that surrounds it. Setteville Nord and Marco Simone are connected to Rome and Guidonia by SAP and Cotral transport services that lead to the nerve centers of the capital city's bus and metro lines.

WELCOME TO GUIDONIA AND WELCOME TO ROME

Marco Simone is a border district between the municipality of Guidonia and the municipality of Rome so from here it is possible to visit both cities in the blink of an eye.

Guidonia Montecelio, commonly known as Guidonia, is a young municipality of about 90,000 inhabitants in the metropolitan city of Roma Capitale, Lazio, located in the east of the capital, ideally between the two historic Via Nomentana and Via Tiburtina.

Despite its recent birth dating back to 1937, Guidonia is the third largest municipality in Lazio and offers many interesting places to visit: first of all, it is home to the military airport; moreover, in the territory one can visit Villa Adriana, Villa D'Este, Villa Gregoriana, the Acque Albule of the Baths of Rome in which one can take beneficial cures, the famous Capitoline Triad in the Rodolfo Lanciani Archaeological Museum, and much more.

Rome is the capital of Italy and is also known as the Eternal City, thanks to its ancient history dating back thousands of years to the period of the Roman Empire. The millennia-old archaeological remains still present make it one of the most fascinating cities in the world. It is useless to list all the archaeological sites to visit: from the Colosseum to the Pantheon, from theAltar of the Fatherland, of much more recent times, to contemporary art exhibitions in the city's most important museums.

Rome is easily accessible from Marco Simone by bus and subway. Il Mondo che Vorrei organizes personalized guided tours, as well as Italian language and culture courses at its headquarters and at other schools in central Rome, aimed at foreigners. The association also offers the opportunity to stay with selected families or in apartments in the historic center for adults.
